Description

This is a gorgeous piece! It reminds me of a plant emerging from the soil. The opening looks like four forms unfurling. The colorful swirls of red, purple, green, and yellow glass are pulled through a clear base glass. The surface has an iridescent metallic oxide treatment. The polished rim is quadrifoliate in form and there is a polished pontil on the base, which is located in the center of an upraised square designed to keep the vase level while on a flat surface. The vase is 9" tall and 5" wide. The piece is in e xcellent condition. I do not see any flaws. There are no chips, cracks or scratches.
