Green and Blue details. 3 handles. No damage. There is some fading to gold trim on handles as expected with a piece of this age. Packaging done with extra care. Insured shipping. => Dating this vase: The U.S. McKinley Tariff Act of 1890 mandated that imported goods be labeled with the country's name of manufacture. "Nippon" is how the Japanese referred to their own country. Since this vase is labeled with "Nippon," noting it was made in Japan, this dates the vase to after 1890 and likely no later than the early 1920s when the U.S. required Japan to stop using "Nippon" and to begin using "Japan" when labeling their goods.
