This Frederick Carder Steuben art glass bowl is a beautiful piece of decorative art glass that can be used as a vase or planter or use it as a centerpiece of your Steuben, Tiffany, Quezal art glass collection. Eye popping blue aurene finish. The bowl is made of blue iridescent aurene glass and has a unique art deco style. It was produced in Corning, NY between 1900-1920 using masterful art glass production techniques and recipes. The bowl is #2687 and is part of the Steuben aurene product line. There were 11 sizes of this bowl and this is the 8" version. Small production "popped bubble" as seen in pictures. Its a wonder how it made it out of the Steuben factory. No cracks or breakage. Very rare! Gorgeous piece of Steuben art glass. 8" wide and 4" tall. Packaged with double boxing to make the trip safely. Great gift!
