Description

Based on the cloud pattern, this pair dates in my opinion to early 20th century, either late Qing or early Republic. 8.75 inches tall. Very unusual flower pattern. The "made in China" is a style I have never seen before, in which it is worked directly into the design. On one, the artist looks like he really didn't understand the letters--a well executed typo. Overall very good condition. I noticed on one vase a spot where the wires seem to have flattened, and another where there is a minuscule bit of enamel loss. A few hairlines at top. All on the same vase.
