Description

Pair of antique vases with very rare Lenox mark in black dating them to about 1906. Black Lenox mark is very seldom found - even in Lenox literature. This style vase is NOT listed in the very comprehensive 1936 catalog so it's clearly from well before that and had been discontinued by that point. I've always referred to them as my Dr. Seuss vases due to their very Seussish shape. 8-3/4" tall One has a chip on the bottom side of the footed base - see photos.
