I see 1 small chip on the rim. (pic #6) Unmarked but obviously hand painted. Hint of gold gilt around the 3 handles Art Nouveau era. I do not think it is victorian, but I could be wrong. This vase reminds me of a mix between Austrian pottery and a Japan (Nippon/Noritake) look. Rare 3 handled, a scalloped top and mural all around. Nicely done.
