Description

An unmarked cast iron skillet for making plett pancakes, the mini pancakes well loved by Scandinavians. My family settled in Andersonville, Chicago's Scandinavian community, when they came over from Norway and Finland, and these were a common breakfast treat. Good condition. Measures 14x10 inches.
